Yes, you can—we've had several students complete the program while working full-time. Abby finished on time with a full-time job, a family, and two kids. That said, to finish in 9-12 months, we recommend part-time work. Full-time jobs will extend your timeline, but we'll work with your schedule. Fast Track requires 5-7 flight lessons per week plus ground school and study time. The real question: Is staying in your current job another year or two worth delaying a $200k/year airline career?

Boeing's 2025 outlook projects the industry needs 660,000 new pilots by 2044—with 42,000 airline pilots retiring in the next 15 years. Even when "hiring slows," airlines are still hiring. The key is timing: finish your training before the next hiring surge. Regional airlines continue to hire, and we have several established pathways to regional carriers. We've already placed graduates at airlines. The pilots who train now will be positioned when the next wave hits. Airlines always need pilots—the question is whether you'll be ready when opportunity knocks.

Airlines hire from age 23 to 65. That's a 42-year career window. We've trained career changers in their 40s and 50s. If you're 35 and thinking "I'm too old," you're giving up a potential 30-year, $6 million+ career because of a limiting belief. If you're 50 and can pass a medical, you've still got 15 years of six-figure airline income ahead. And that's just airlines—the age 65 mandatory retirement only applies to commercial airlines. Corporate aviation, NetJets, and charter operators have no age limit. You can fly well into your 70s if you stay medically qualified. The only "too late" is when you decide it is.
